Description

MAT TRAY LINER, STATFREE T2, RUBBER, BLUE, 16 IN x24 IN

  • Dissipative Dual Layer Rubber Cut to Fit Liner for 16″ x 24″ Cafeteria Trays
Provides reliable path to ground and eliminates static charge generation as a worksurface table mat, shelf liner, and cart liner.
  • Color (1 x 106 to < 1 x 109 ohms Rtt) Top Layer – Limited Lifetime Warranty
Meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 worksurface required limit and recommendation of ANSI/ESD S4.1 for contact with ESD susceptible items. Electricals will not drift for the life of the mat.
  • Black Side (<1 x 104 Rtt) Bottom Layer – Limited Lifetime Warranty
The dedicated conductive layer reduces the resistance to ground (Rtg) from the top of the surface to the groundable point ground and allows the mats to be used with ESD workstation monitors. Electricals will not drift for the life of the mat.
  • High Strength Nitrile Rubber Compound
Designed to withstand abrasion, stretching, and tearing and may be used in soldering applications with flux and other chemicals. Click Here for Chemical Resistance Chart
  • Ultraviolet (UV) Stabilizer Additives
Stabilizes color retention, ensures ESD performance over time and eliminates surface layer deterioration resulting in cracking when the product is flexed.
  • Non-Humidity Dependence
Provides consistent electrical performance regardless of ambient humidity
  • Lot Traceability Information
Provides tracking information for lifespan of the product and to ensure quality control.
  • Lead-free RoHS 2 compliant
  • Made in the United States of America
This item is stocked in Canton, MA

“The most important functional consideration for worksurfaces is the Rtg resistance from the top of the surface to the groundable point.” ANSI/ESD S20.20 Table 1 recommends a requirement of less than 1 x 109 ohms. “If Charged Device Model damage is a concern then setting a lower resistance limit should be considered. Typically, 1 x 106 ohms.” “Durability factors that should be considered are hardness, abrasion resistance, tear resistance, etc. Worksurfaces may require special heat resistant materials. Light reflection may be an important ergonomic consideration.” (Ref: TR 20.20 section 5.3.1).
