Proposition 65

California Proposition 65, also referred to as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, is a regulation with the main purpose of addressing concerns about exposure to toxic chemicals known by the state of California to potentially cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Prop 65 requires businesses to provide a “clear and reasonable” warning on consumer goods in order to alert the individual before exposure. Although Prop 65 only applies in California, we sell to many companies that use products from Masline in their own products, and then sell to a variety of global markets.  Masline will make every possible attempt to pass our manufacturer’s warnings and labels on to you our Customer.
